Infleqtion Raises $100 Million Series C
Infleqtion, which is commercializing atom-based quantum systems for computing, sensing, and precision timing, announced a $100 million Series C funding round. Investors in the round included Glynn Capital, Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley), S32, SAIC, Axial, Breakthrough Victoria, Caruso Ventures, Cyfr Capital, Golden Vision Capital, Global Frontier, In-Q-Tel (IQT), LCP, Maverick, National Security Strategic Investment Fund (NSSIF), Olive Ventures, Overmatch, S Ventures (SentinelOne), and the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation.
Infleqtion will use the funds to further develop its atom-based quantum platforms and accelerate deployment of its commercial quantum systems. The company says it generated almost $30 million in revenue last year and has a backed by sales pipeline of over $200 million,

Emergency Response Solution Provider Prepared Closes $80M Series C
Prepared, which offers law enforcement, public safety personnel, and first responders an AI-powered platform to improve 911 and other emergency response applications, has successfully closed a $80M Series C round, led by General Catalyst. Also participating in the round was Radical Ventures, First Round Capital, and Andreessen Horowitz. To date, Prepared has raised over $130 million, which it says it will use for further research and development.
Impulse Space Closes $300M Series C
Impulse Space has raised $300 million in a Series C funding round. The round, led by Linse Capital, brings Impulse’s total capital raised to $525 million. Also participating in the round were DFJ Growth, Valor Equity Partners, Founders Fund, Lux Capital, RTX Ventures, DCVC, Airbus Ventures, Spring Tide, First Principles Group, Balerion Space Ventures, Tamarack Global, and Trousdale Ventures.
Funds will be used to expand Impulse’s engineering, manufacturing, and mission operations teams, developing new vehicles for national security and NASA applications, and increasing production of its Mira and Helios vehicles.
